This project was born in May 2020 with a clear mission, to raise awareness about mental health, help break the stigma, and create spaces where people feel supported, understood, and not alone.
Through this collaboration between We Move to Give and Fitness with Izzy, we continue to amplify that mission by bringing people together through Zumba®, turning movement into therapy and community into healing.
All classes remain free to the community and are designed as safe, inclusive spaces where everyone is welcome.
🌎 From Local to Global
In 2023, this collaboration took a powerful step forward.
We started our collaboration expanding worldwide, creating a 24-hour continuous Zumba® experience, connecting participants across countries, cultures, and time zones through one single Zoom link.
The impact was incredible, and the project was even recognized during ZINCON 2023.
